about a refund

Joined: Sep 27, 09 Threads: 3 Posts: 7	Hello, just three days ago I asked for a refund from essaytown,and they said they have issued it.But till now haven't seen the money on my account.How long does it take for the money to arrive? and tbh essaytown has provided me decent service previously,and this is not a bash thread.I just want to know whether it takes this much of time for the refund to complete.
