are you sure? i've been trying to contact their support in the landline but no one is answering. Also, I'm trying to open their website but it does not open. What is wrong in their website

you just mean the web page right?
I went to it a couple of times and it keeps popping up ok for me. I didn't go beyond that, however.
I don't work for them so have no clue beyond that.

Since this board doesn't allow recommendations, I don't post the companies that I work with. I do write for more than one, however, and recommend that other writers do the same.
