I AM NOT IGNORING YOUR MESSAGES BUT CANNOT REPLY VIA THE WEBSITES AS I NO LONGER WORK WITH THEM AND HAVE - THANK GOD - FINALLY COME TO MY SENSES AND RESIGNED. She worked for nearly two years and it was constant struggle with under-payment, rudeness, and outright cheating. She did not get the final salary, even. Instead, Alex wrote her the most arrogant letter I have ever seen. Her advice to students and writers remains the same: please do not go anywhere near this company.

As far as I can see, given the number of messages I've received, is that most of the writers who speak English are resigning from the company. In retrospect, i really have no idea why I put up with masterpapers/customessays/academia! I stayed with them for two and a half years but, like your friend, came to my senses :)
