I believe you. The reason to post evidence right off the bat is to prevent certain people from being able to call you a liar and discredit you.

Can you tell us how we can find the information that you posted regarding the number of papers per site?

"The United States and China are becoming ["the" missing] world's two largest countries when compared with ["the" missing] economy of the countries. The ["The" should not be present] China is the largest developing country and ["the" missing] United States is ["the" missing] largest developed country."

The excerpt above is from a random papers at MightyPapers.com. I looked at a single, random paper, and that was what I found. Aside from the awkward wording, the writer seems to have a serious problem with understanding the basics of the word, "the."

My favorite part? They claim that this paper received an "A."

The paper received an "A" grade, probably because it passed their plagiarism test. This kind of English is exactly what they need for their customers.

If 'mightystudents.com' orders papers from E$$ay Town and then puts the same on display, will it make E$$ay Town a scam?

hi, i am too new to this area. my original assumption was based on the fact that, according to the java code in mightystudents.com, about 7 papers originated from oxbridge. but after scanning through all the posts in this site, i think the evidence in support of this assumption is only suggestive, but not complete enough to be conclusive. I apologise.

(ps. i don't frequent this site anymore.)

Humble, knock off the obsession already. Do you have nothing better to do than try to start a fight with me? Apparently not.

If you'd open your eyes and READ before making stupid comments, you will see that I clearly asked him to provide evidence MULTIPLE times. I also proceeded to explain WHY evidence is important.

As for why I stated that I believe him, I did so because I have seen convincing evidence MYSELF! I proved that EssayWriters.net, Yuri Mizyuk, and/or Universal Research owns MightyStudents.com! I have also posted a link to an investigator's coverage of the matter, which provides additional evidence.

humble:

What kind of an off-topic, ET-obsessed, stupid question is that? First of all, if such happened, I'm sure that ET would sue them into oblivion. Secondly, you're suggesting that EssayWriters.net has stolen thousands of papers from itself (since it owns MightyPapers) and then—without its OWN knowledge—posted those papers on a site that it owns. Brilliant. Wake up.

Please keep your inflammatory, smart*ss remarks to yourself.

That is an awful offence. Taking money from the students and betraying them. No wonder we writers are never beyond suspicion. All suffer for the fraud committed by certain unethical individuals.

no! there are only seven papers from oxbridge. judging from the percentage, these seven papers might have been passed on to mightystudents unknowingly rather than intentionally.

don't forget the fact that the people who run mightystudents.com also own and operate Plagiserve.com and Edutie.com. Plagiserve.com, EduTie.com, MyDropBox and SafeAssignment are different names of the same organization pretending to provide plagiarism detection services.

when a person uploads his/her articles to these fraudulent sites for plagiarism check, he/she automatically donates his/her articles to papersmills.

Oxbridge is not Oxbridge Researchers and no, we never scan papers using paper mill scanners and never resell. So, no it could be Oxbridge Essays but definitely not Oxbridge Researchers. Plus, Oxbridge Researchers is the name of the parent company and not that of the website.

Under UK law, when a service provider is contracted for a service and paid in full, ownership of the service provided transfers to the buyer. I am not sure about US law but if a company was incorporated in the UK, it is obliged to adhere to UK law. In that case, students who find their essays being sold or given away for free on a website have a legitimate legal claim against the company which provided them with that essay (service).

Furthermore, when a company contracts a writer to fulfil an order, the writer is correct to assume that the work he/she provides will be used for a single purpose/single buyer (unless explicitly stated otherwise). Multiple or even single reselling of the work provided is, again, contrary to the law. In cases such as that, the writer also has a legitimate claim against the company in question.

In brief, it is just plain wrong. Even supposing that the scanner stores the paper (transfer of ownership etc), it is still wrong. The company should know better and, indeed, is legally obliged to know better.

This is nothing other than dishonest ... and there are absolutely no excuses or justifications for any company to engage in the intended or unintended publication, let alone resell, of work it provided a customer ... No excuses exist

I am not too sure about MyDropBox since it is used by several universities - directly linked to their WebCT or Blackboard ... it should be authentic

Where did you get that information? Records show that Universal Research (EssayWriters.net, BestEssays.com, SuperiorPapers.com, etc.) from Ukraine owns MightyStudents.com.

Your information is no longer valid. It appears that—on or around September 11 (how appropriate), 2008—Universal Research (A.K.A., Uniwork Inc) acquired both MightyStudents.com AND EssayMill.com from Cyber Breeze Networks. Both domains are now hosted on IP addresses OWNED/LEASED by Uniwork Inc., which an investigator's evidence has proven is Yuri Mizyuk's "corporation" in the Philippines.

On or around December 12, 2004, Yuri Mizyuk decided to remove his personal name from the registration, replacing it with "Universal Research Inc.":

Domain: mightystudents.com

Reston, Virginia 20190

Then, surprise, surprise—as of May 23, 2009, Yuri Mizyuk transferred both sites to Universal Research's hosting account at Prolexic AND made the registration of both sites PRIVATE through GoDaddy's "Domains by Proxy" service. Hmmm, I wonder why . . . . Wouldn't want "one-of-a-kind, custom paper" customers to discover that Universal Research owns those recycled paper database sites, now would we?
