I submitted my application to kpwriting over two weeks ago, but still haven't received a reply; even though, they said they'll get back to me in 24 hours. This just seems dodgy to me. If they're not considering my application, then what on earth are they doing with my information? Does anyone have any info on this site?

And how would they give you back the info you voluntarily submitted to them? And how do you know that they did not delete it?
Best that you not apply to ANY site - after all, they are going to steal your info, assume your identity, take out credit cards in your name, destroy your credit and, who knows, you might eventually find yourself being carted off to jail.

WB - http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/kpwritingcom-c206226.html Is it true? KPwriting is academia-research?

I hope the poster did not take my 'advice' seriously because I was just kidding. How would you do that? the email would probably read: "I am Zandermus and I would like you to confirm that you deleted an email I sent you a few weeks ago........" c'mon!!

Thanks guys, but the point is not if I can get my info back because that is ridiculous! The point is, are they dodgy or not? If they really are ar then that explains a whole lot. Who knows maybe they have some low quality writer now claiming to be me with my qualifications.

Zandermus: Thanks guys, but the point is not if I can get my info back because that is ridiculous! We know it's ridiculous. That's why we were making fun of it.
Did you ever consider that maybe they got your information, read your writing samples, and decided not to hire you because they didn't like your writing?
And how exactly would another writer work for them "using your qualifications"? The whole point of qualifications is to get hired; if the company wanted to hire some guy they would have no need to pretend he had your "qualifications."

Joke Felix! I know that's impossible. But, hey 24 hours has long ago expired and as far as I understood the wording of the conformation email it stated that they'd let me know if I was accepted or not. Therefore, surely they'd let me know either way.

You're probably better off. Almost all these essay writing companies are a scam and treat their writers poorly. All you have to do is read the threads on this website to know that.

Yeah I have been monetoring this forum closely for quite a while now, even though I just signed up. I do write for some companies, but need some more cash "hey life is becoming more expensive". I kept coming across kpwriting in my searches, it was always in the ads and such like. That's why after this rather dodgy experience with them I want to know if they're reputable or not. So I can know if it's worth persuing what happened to the application I filled out.

Zandermus: Therefore, surely they'd let me know either way. Well, obviously not. I'm letting you know that I would never hire you as a writer based off of your posts, though. I probably wouldn't bother responding to an employment request/application you made, either.
th63: Almost all these essay writing companies are a scam and treat their writers poorly. Nope. Just the ones that hire writers that can't really write. Like you.
Zandermus: I do write for some companies, but need some more cash I feel really sorry for your customers. The companies you work for are almost certainly going to screw you over in the end, and I'm going to laugh a little.

Uh Felix, what problem do you have with me? I thought the whole point was to be helpful in this forum. But, you're being abusive for a reason I am unable to detect. Damnit just tell me if this company is crap or not, that's all I wanted to know.

Zandermus: Uh Felix, what problem do you have with me? You are working in a capacity for which you are unqualified, and then complaining of "dodgy" practices when really the only thing you've experienced is a lack of response. Not only is your English not up to academic standards, but you're an idiot. That is the problem I have with you.
Zandermus: I thought the whole point was to be helpful in this forum. The point is to help protect customers and writers from bad business practices. Hiring you at all is a bad business practice. As you are not a legitimate writer or customer, this site was not intended to help you at all.
Zandermus: Damnit just tell me if this company is crap or not Don't get all cranky, crankypants.

Ah but Felix you're being cranky :] You have no evidence to make the claims you're making. I am quite capable of writing in an academic capacity and do it quite well according to the customers I have satisfied. I wanted to know about this company; therefore, I asked. The name of this forum is essayscam. Therefore, my question is quite valid don't you think. I know my skills as a freelance writer are most probably not as good as yours, but I'm not incompitent as you suggest. Now apologise before I spend the night crying myself to sleep!
I wish wb would come and give more info on this company; for, she knows it all.

Zandermus: You have no evidence to make the claims you're making. Really?
Zandermus: I wanted to know about this company; therefore, I asked. This semi-colon is completely wrong.
Zandermus: Therefore, my question is quite valid don't you think. This is a sentence fragment. Starting a sentence with "therefore" is tricky business--it can be done in a way that i grammatically correct, but you aren't anywhere close.
The fact that you misspelled this word is pretty funny.
Zandermus: I wish wb would come and give more info on this company; for, she knows it all. Wrong on the semi-colon, wrong on the comma, and close to outright wrong on the "for."
Post again, and I'm sure I can provide you with more evidence.

Zandermus: Therefore, my question is quite valid don't you think. A question does not end with a period, and you omitted the second comma.
Zandermus: I wish wb would come and give more info on this company; for, she knows it all. Why do I bother if people won't take the time to do a simple search?

Please leave my punctuation alone. My software isn't compatible with this site. So you use a voice activated program and see what happens. Try it then get back to me. wb: I searched but could come up with nothing otherwise I would not have asked, I'm not a complete moron.

Zandermus why do you ask whether they are legitimate or not if they are not getting back to you? this question would be more rational if they did, as at this point you have nothing to lose and have the time to concentrate your efforts elsewhere

Thanks Smirk... Pursue! Did it come out right this time? If not I'm chucking this voice reading thing through the window! It spells things the way you pronounce them and it relies on the tone of your voice for punctuation.

Why Felix? Did you try it?
Wb, what was the last word of your post? I can't figure it out.
If I write in microsoft word can I copy it here? Then I wouldn't have this problem and I will stop receiving abuse for something that is not my fault. Even though you were rude wb I really do appreciate the info.
I know you are older and well established Felix, that's why I appreciate what you say and that's why I want to find a way to fix it even if it is just for this site. When I type normally with my own two hands things work out alot better even though jaws is still a real pain. But, I got what I wanted. Kpwriting is ar and it is rubbish, a scam from Ukraine. Thank you.

You have to buy it. It's part of the jaws package. Friends of mine told me you can download a cracked version but I'm not sure how. I'll ask them if you like?

no, thanks, i don't need help in pirating the software, especially when there's a trial version provided

i've checked the jaws website - it has a spellchecker

if you can type normally, why do use the software for visually impaired people?

Smirk: I am visually impaired. I normally use jaws for working in word and reading my books. But, this site won't allow me to use jaws 9.0 when typing in the edit box. I do not know if it is the layout or something. So I use 10 IMB which is a voice activated program to write on this site. It came as part of my jaws package when I ordered all my software. But, it is not very good is it? What happens with jaws is that if you type an a it says a and you can go read back what you wrote. But with 10 IMB it relies on your voice and how you pronounce things. I have no way of going back to read what I wrote. I'm sure this is all off topic and I don't want to get in trouble. So if you want to know more about the things us blind people use to get on with in this technological age please email me.
