How does a writer bid on essaybrunch? Is it legit or in it for the fee?

They've been sending me lists of open orders. I looked over the web pages of the individual project descriptions and I don't see any button or link to bid cpp. What am I missing?

I think he got booted for some fairly nasty comments he made to me. I didn't particularly mind, until the mods deleted my responses (this was right before they ended our "I Am the Walrus" recitation--I think they regarded me askance).
