Google to ban "Term Paper" and "Essay" ads soon!

The ban is correct, please see the following link, the main education news on the BBC website.

Google is to ban adverts for essay writing services - following claims that plagiarism is threatening the integrity of university degrees.

There have been complaints from universities about students being sold customised essays on the internet.

The news article is dated 22 May 2007 and says the ban will start next month, which by my reckoning is June :)

There are no ads at all for "term papers," but there are still ads for "term paper writing" and all other similar keyword phrases.

Why didn't Google simply close the AdWords accounts of essay mills so that all keywords would be banned at once? I think Google has handled the ban very poorly.

How comes Google bans some websites and leaves others? When searching for the term "essay" websites like essayrelief and ukessays are missing, however ads show up for website Coursework.Info

Coursework.Info submit their essays to Turnitin...preventing anyone from misusing their site.
