Today Someone msg to me and suggest that he do my assignment first and he will charge me after I receive my assignment
What you guys think? Reliable?

liynchan: no means? not reliable? Yes. It means not reliable, most likely. Anyone that's been in this business more than a week knows that customers can be just as shady as some of the writers/companies in the industry, and will insist on at least partial payment upfront. I know that's how I and several other legitimate writers work.

It's strange asking for payment after the work. Isn't he/she concerned the client may not pay

Yes he is reliable because you have to pay receiving your assignment so there is no chance of any dodge.

it's unheard of, but still the writer might just be trying to establish trust between him and the client. therefore it will be good for the client to reciprocate the same trust on receipt of the paper.
