Your inaction has reached the point of absurdity and belies explanation.
I presented clear evidence in another thread. I also predicted that the cretin would completely avoid a reasoned, on-topic response in favor of posting yet another mindless, psychosis-induced diatribe. As anyone here could have predicted, I was proven correct.
Other reasons why every one of the cretin's existing/future IPs and usernames should be immediately banned upon identification:
1. It lies about not having other usernames (you know, first-hand, that it has used at least a DOZEN usernames) and accuses others of committing "libel" for asserting otherwise.
2. It makes outrageous, libelous claims against ALL competitors, without providing a shred of evidence, even when directly requested by numerous members.
3. It falsely claims that it is literally impossible for a "registered" essay site in the UK to be fraudulent, and repeatedly recommends that visitors use only such .co.uk sites.
4. It claims that I and others have "lied" about "libeled" certain "UK" essay sites, yet refuses to either name the sites or quote ANY of the "lies" or "libel."
5. It frequently engages in malicious (and potentially illegal) hate speech against each of the following groups:
Americans (all aspects of America)
African-Americans ("nig*ers")
Italians
Chinese
Japanese
Filipinos ("yellow dogs")
White people, in general ("White Trash")
Christians
Poles
Indians
Pakistanis
Russians
Australians
6. It claims to not own any essay sites.
I might as well stop here; otherwise, I'll never finish.
Seriously, mod, if you're not going to ban the cretin in the best interests of this forum and ALL members/visitors, at least respect us enough to post your official reason for not taking action in light of such overwhelming evidence of ongoing misconduct. Please do not quote your TOS, as we all know that "entertainment" does not apply in this case.

Perhaps the main reason is to keep it posting under one username so that when the time comes and some authorities take action against it, it will have no excuse that it has only posted a few messages under one UsernameX nickname...
Some members said they would take action against it -- unless it's not the case any more?

I cannot speak, so to speak, for others, but I have already archived many months' worth of evidence that the cretin has posted under at least 12 usernames. My evidence is available to the owners of all of the defamed companies, including Academic Answers and ET. There's literally nothing more that the cretin could publish that could make its legal position any worse, either in the US or UK.
