The US has the Patriot Act and we have the Terrorism Act of 2000, the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act of 2001, the Prevention of Terrorism Act of 2005, the Terrorism Act of 2006 and the Counter-Terrorism Act of 2008. In fact, our version of the Patriot Act predates the United States as we had this little problem called the IRA.

Please stick to the topic. You said that in the UK we are allowed to proclaim our support for terrorists and make statements such as "GO OSAMA" on public forums. I replied that we are not and that there are quite a few laws which criminalise such behaviour. Care to counter-argue that point? Care to dispute the fact that our Counter-Terrorist Unit would, if informed of your very vocal support, call you in for questioning and berate you (they won't believe that you are a terrorist but they will teach you a lesson)? Want to bet that the racist coments you have made here could land you in tremendous trouble were any to report you? Britain, US, Australia ... are very cooperative over matters such as this.
